摘要
本实验选用大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分成5组,每组12只,给予其含 CdCl_2 30、 60、 150及300ppm的含镉饲料和正常对照饲料。染毒3个月。结果表明,镉可引起实验动物发生贫血,这种贫血在低剂量组表现为正细胞性贫血,在高剂量组表现为大细胞贫血。这种贫血的铁贮量正常,骨髓表现为增殖型。并且发现这种贫血是可以恢复的。综合全部结果,可以推论这种贫血为溶血性贫血。
60 rats, half males and half i'emals, were randomly divided into 5 groups. Each group was 12 animals and the contents of CdCl2 in food of the groups were 30, 60, 150, 300 and 0 ( control ) ppm respectively, The exposure lasted three months. The result revealed that cadmium could cause anemia in the animals. The anemia in the rats exposed to low dose of CdCl2, was normocytic, and that in the high dose groups was macrocytic. The content of Fe in the serum was at normal level. Active hyperplasia could be seen in the bone marrow. And the anemia could get recovery when the exposure ceased. According to the results of experiment, it can be concluded that the anemia is hemolytic in nature.
