摘要
为揭示抑酸剂对应激状态下壁细胞形态及功能的影响 ,作者采用水浸束缚应激动物模型 ,检测各组胃粘膜溃疡指数 (ulcerindex ,UI)、胃液pH ,并用透射电镜观察壁细胞形态改变。结果发现奥美拉唑组和西咪替丁组UI明显下降 ,胃液pH明显上升 ,与应激组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。电镜示对照组和西咪替丁组壁细胞呈静息状态 ,应激组呈明显激活状态 ,奥美拉唑组可见分泌小管明显扩张 ,并有绒毛稀少或密集分布的不同表现。提示奥美拉唑与西咪替丁均能抑制应激状态下胃酸的分泌 ,但壁细胞形态改变不同 。
The aim of this study was to demonstrate the effect of acid inhibitor on the function and ultrastructure of gastric parietal cells in rats under immersion and restraint stress. Thirty two male SD rats were randomly divided into control, stress, omeprazole and cimetidine treated groups. The gastric mucosal ulcer index (UI) and gastric juice pH were measured. The ultrastructural changes of parietal cells were observed by transmission electronic microscopy (TEM). The UI was decreased and the pH value was increased obviously in omeprazole and cimetidine treated groups compared with stress group ( P <0 01). Parietal cells were in a resting state in control and cimetidine treated groups, and became very active in stress group by TEM. The dilated intracellular canaliculi lined with numerous or rare microvilli were observed in omeprazole treated group. The results indicated that both omeprazole and cimetidine could inhibit the secretion of gastric acid, but they induce different ultrastructural changes of parietal cells under stress. This phenomenon might be related to their different mechanisms of inhibiting gastric acid secretion.
