摘要
通过对射频电缆用铜带的制造过程及内部组织的深入研究,分析了射频电缆用铜带在轧制螺纹形成后非焊缝开裂的具体原因,为1/2″、7/8″、1-1/4″、1-5/8″超柔射频电缆生产及质量控制提供了有力的参考依据。
Through in-depth study of the manufacturing process and internal organization of RF cable copper tape,the specific reasons of RF cable copper tape cracking in non weld zone after the formation of corrugation,so that providing apowerful criterion for the production and quality control of 1/2″,7/8″,1-1/4″,1-5/8″extra-flexible RF cable.
