微波低损耗电缆属于射频电缆领域的高技术含量产品,具有损耗低、驻波小、均匀性好等优良的电气性能以及尺寸小、重量轻、结构稳定、柔软性好等优良的物理特性,被广泛用作雷达、移动基站中电子设备的微波传输线。详细介绍了微波低损耗电缆的结构设计、材料选择以及关键工艺。研制的微波低损耗电缆产品的主要技术指标均达到了国外同类产品技术标准要求。
Low-loss microwave cable belongs to the high technology product in RF cables; it is of good electrical properties such as low-loss,low VSWR,excellent uniformity,and the good physical characteristics such as small size,light weight,good structural stability,and flexibility. So the cable is widely used as microwave transmission line in electronic equipments such as radars and mobile stations. The structure design,material selection and key processes of this low-loss microwave cable are introduced. The main specifications of the developed cable achieve the level of same kind of foreign products.
