FTTH用双芯隐形光缆的研制和应用

摘要 为了满足中国广电网络的光纤到户(FTTH)解决方案的特殊需求(即2根光纤入户,1根光纤用于数据信号传输系统,1根光纤用于电视信号传输系统),设计了双芯并行隐形光缆和双芯并行隐形蝶形光缆。双芯并行隐形光缆主要用于入室网络的敷设,双芯并行隐形蝶形光缆主要用于从楼道内分纤箱至室内网络这段距离的敷设。详细阐述了两种双芯隐形光缆的结构设计、几何参数、主要机械和环境性能、应用特点,探讨了两种双芯隐形光缆可应用的FTTH解决方案,设计了光缆配套的施工工具及相关施工配件,介绍了光缆安装规范及相关注意事项。基于中国广电网络大量的用户群,该类双芯隐形光缆在未来FTTH的建设中有很好的应用前景。 In order to meet the special requirements of China Broadcasting and Television Network’s FTTH solution(namely, two optical fibers are led into the home, one is used for data signal transmission system and one is used for television signal transmission system), double-core parallel invisible fiber optic cable and double-core parallel invisible bow-type fiber optic cable are designed. The double-core parallel invisible fiber optic cable is mainly used for laying in-door network, and the double-core parallel invisible bow-type fiber optic cable is mainly used for laying in the distance from the fiber distribution box in the corridor to the in-door network. The structure design, geometric parameters, main mechanical and environmental properties, and application characteristics of the two types of double-core invisible fiber optic cables are expounded in detail. The FTTH solutions for the two types of double-core invisible fiber optic cables are discussed. The matching construction tools and related construction fittings are designed. The installation specifications of the optic cables and related matters needing attention are introduced. Based on the large number of the China Broadcasting and Television Network users, this kind of double-core parallel invisible fiber optic cable will have a good application prospect in the future FTTH construction.
