摘要
镀锡铜包钢线将铜的高导电性、钢的高强度、锡的耐蚀性和良好的钎焊性等特性汇集在一起,可代替镀锡纯铜线广泛应用于各种电子元器件的引线和接插件。介绍了GB/T 36102—2018《电子产品用镀锡铜包钢线》标准所规定的基线材料和镀锡材料,诠释了该标准中镀锡层厚度及直流电阻率等技术参数的确定过程,并对主要试验方法作了说明。通过该国家标准的制定,以期反映我国在镀锡铜包钢线方面的创新成果,促进我国镀锡铜包钢线的发展。
Tin-coated copper-clad steel wire brings together the characteristics of high conductivity of copper, high strength of steel, and corrosion resistance and good solderability of tin. The wire can be used to replace tin-coated pure copper wire and widely used in the lead wire and connector of various electronic components. The baseline materials and tin-coated materials stipulated in GB/T 36102—2018 'Tin-coated copper-clad steel wire for electronic products' are introduced. The determining process of the technical parameters in the standard, such as the tin-coating thickness and DC resistivity, is explained. The main test methods in the standard are explained. Through the developing national standard, it is expected to reflect the innovative achievements of China’s tin-coated copper-clad steel wire and promote the development of the tin-coated copper-clad steel wire in China.
