摘要
对新能源汽车充电电缆用热塑性弹性体(TPE)护套材料的非牛顿性、流变特性以及热失重(TGA)进行了分析和研究。通过研究发现,随着剪切速率的增加,TPE材料的剪切应力增加,非牛顿性增强,表现出剪切变稀的现象;TPE材料在200℃时开始出现热失重。建议在挤出TPE护套时将挤出机机头温度控制在190℃,以确保电缆具有良好的外观,同时外护套性能满足技术指标要求。
The non-Newtonian, rheological characteristics and thermo gravimetric analysis(TGA) of the thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) jacket material for the new energy vehicle charging cable are studied. The results show that with the increasing of the shear rate, the shear stress of TPE material increases, and the non-Newtonian characteristics of TPE material enhances, TPE material exhibits shear thinning. TPE material begins to appear weight loss at 200 ℃. It is suggested to control the extruder head temperature at 190 ℃, so as to ensure the cable has a good appearance and the performance of the outer jacket meets the specification.
