波形蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and clinical significance of vimentin in ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma tissues

目的探讨波形蛋白在卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌(OEA)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化技术检测40例OEA组织、10例卵巢交界性子宫内膜样肿瘤组织、30例卵巢子宫内膜异位症组织以及30例正常卵巢组织中波形蛋白的表达情况。比较4种卵巢组织以及不同临床病理特征OEA患者的波形蛋白阳性表达率。结果波形蛋白在正常卵巢、卵巢子宫内膜异位症、卵巢交界性子宫内膜样肿瘤和OEA组织中的阳性率依次升高(P <0. 05)。临床分期Ⅲ～Ⅳ期者、伴淋巴结或远处转移者癌组织的波形蛋白阳性表达率分别高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期者、无淋巴结或远处转移者(均P <0. 05)。结论波形蛋白在OEA组织中呈高表达,其可能与OEA的发生发展相关,并参与OEA的侵袭、转移过程。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of vimentin in the ovarian endometrioid adenocarcinoma(OEA)tissues.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expressions of vimentin in 40 cases of OEA tissues,11 cases of ovarian borderline endometrioid cancer tissues,30 cases of ovarian endometriosis tissues,and 30 cases of normal ovarian tissues.The positive expression rate of vimentin was compared among these 4 types of ovary tissues,and among patients with different clinicopathologic features.Results The positive expression rate of vimentin increased in the order of normal ovarian tissues,ovarian endometriosis tissues,ovarian borderline endometrioid cancer tissues and OEA tissues(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of vimentin were higher in the cases with clinical gradeⅢ-Ⅳand with lymph node/distant metastasis than in the cases with gradeⅠ-Ⅱand without lymph node/distant metastasis,respectively(all P<0.05).Conclusion Vimentin is highly expressed in the OEA tissues,and it might be related to the occurrence and development of OEA and participate into the invasion and metastasis of OEA.
