桑叶不同提取物对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究桑叶不同提取物(水提物和醇提物)对肿瘤细胞的细胞毒性,为其抗肿瘤细胞研究提供实验依据。方法:运用四甲基偶氮唑蓝法(MTT法),以人肺癌A549细胞、人肝癌HepG2细胞、人胃癌SGC-7901细胞、人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞为研究对象,比较桑叶不同的提取物(水提物和醇提物)对四种肿瘤细胞的体外抗肿瘤活性。结果:桑叶水提物(AML)和醇提物(EML)对上述肿瘤细胞增殖均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中以醇提物的活性最强,且半数抑制浓度(IC_(50))均最小。结论:EML具有较高的体外抗肿瘤活性,AML次之,桑叶提取物有可能用于抗肿瘤治疗。 Objective:To study the tumor cytotoxity of different extracts of mulberry leaves,know its cytotoxic source and provide the experimental data for further study of anti-tumor cells activity. Method: By using MTT assay, A549, HepG2, SGC-7901, MCF-7 cells line were used to investigate their anti tumor activity in vitro.Results: The water extract and ethanol extract of Mulberry leaf showed different degrees of inhibition against four tumor cells, in which the most active fraction is ethanol extract with minimal IC50 value. Conclusions: The ethanol extract of Mulberry leaf showed good anti-tumor activity in vitro, followed by water extract. The extracts of mulberry leaf may be used for anti-tumor therapy.
