子午流注纳子法联合透皮制剂穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Meridian Flow Injection Method Combined with Transdermal Preparation on Acupoints in the Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察子午流注联合透皮制剂穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法:选取符合纳入标准的糖尿病周围神经病变患者75例,随机分为对照组、穴位贴敷组及子午流注组各25例,在常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予硫辛酸静脉滴注,穴位贴敷组加用透皮制剂穴位贴敷治疗,子午流注组引入子午流注纳子法,择时穴位贴敷,2周后比较三组患者的临床疗效、多伦多临床症状评分及中医症状积分变化情况。结果:子午流注组及穴位贴敷组临床疗效、多伦多临床症状评分及中医症状积分变化情况均优于对照组(PSymbol|@@0.05),其中子午流注组优于穴位贴敷组(PSymbol|@@0.05)。结论:透皮制剂穴位敷贴可有效治疗糖尿病周围神经病变,而引入子午流注则可增强其疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of meridian flow combined with transdermal preparation on acupoints in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: Seventy-five patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group, acupoint application group and meridian flow injection group. On the basis of routine treatment, the control group was given intravenous infusion of lipoic acid. The application group was treated with acupoint application of transdermal preparation. The meridian flow injection group introduced the meridian flow injection method, and the acupoint application was performed at some time. After 2 weeks, the clinical efficacy, Toronto clinical symptom score and TCM symptom score of the three groups were compared. Results: The clinical efficacy, the clinical symptom score of Toronto and the change of TCM symptom scores in the Ziwuliuzhu group and the acupoint application group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). The meridian injection group was superior to the acupoint application group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Transdermal preparation of acupoints can effectively treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the introduction of meridian flow can enhance its efficacy.
