酒煎中药内服汤剂临床应用范围及用药趋势初步分析

Preliminary Analysis on the Range of Clinical Application and Trend for Drug Use of Wine Decoction of Chinese Medicine

目的:初步对酒煎中药内服汤剂的临床应用及用药趋势进行研究,为酒煎中药内服汤剂的临床应用提供参考。方法:选取8部古代中医医籍作为研究对象,建立酒煎中药内服汤剂数据库,并对医籍酒煎中药内服汤剂的临床应用专业、疾病情况、疾病用药趋势等进行了分析和研究。结果:8部医籍中酒煎中药内服汤剂在急诊中有较好的临床应用基础,广泛应用于妇产科、消化科、神经内科、心血管科、骨科等;应用前10位疾病为中风、恶露、虚损、腹痛、月经不调、跌打损伤、关节痛、胸痹、出血、养胎;酒煎中药内服汤剂使用药物趋势多以活血化瘀、祛风除湿、散寒止痛、补益药等为主。结论:酒煎中药内服汤剂应当引起临床研究和应用的重视,需进一步加强酒煎中药内服汤剂的继承和研究,更好为临床应用提供依据,发挥酒煎中药内服汤剂在活血化瘀、祛风除湿、散寒止痛、补益等治疗上的临床优势和特色。

Objective:To provide reference of clinical application of wine decoction in oral administration of Chinese medicine Preliminary,the range of clinical application and trend for drug use of wine decoction in oral administration of Chinese medicine were analyzed.Method:8 ancient TCM records were studied.The database of wine decoction in oral administration of TCM was established and analyzed,including clinical application specialty,disease situation,drug trend of disease of wine decoction in oral administration of TCM.Result:The oral administration wine decoctions recorded in 8 medical works of TCM showed that they have good clinical application foundation in emergency.They were widely used in obstetrics and gynecology,digestive department,neurology,cardiovascular department,department of orthopedics,etc,including 10 top diseases stroke,lochia,deficiency,abdominal pain,irregular menstruation,traumatic injury,joint pain,chest pain,bleeding,nourishing the fetus.The using trend of wine decoction in oral administration of TCM is mainly focus on activating blood and removing blood stasis,removing wind and dehumidifying,dispersing cold and relieving pain,tonifying medicine and so on.Conclusion:The oral administration of wine decoction in TCM should be paid attention in clinical research and application.It is necessary to further strengthen the inheritance and study the oral administration of wine decoction in TCM to provide a better basis for clinical application.The oral administration of wine decoction in TCM play an important role in developing the superiority and characteristic for treatment of promoting blood circulation to remove stasis,dispel wind and dehumidification,dispel cold and relieve pain.
