The expression of platelet derived growth factor in non-small cell lung cancer

目的探讨血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)在非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术观察了PDGF A链和PDGF B链在 16例肺鳞癌及 5例肺腺癌中的表达 ,并与其在肺非特异性炎症组织中的表达相比较。结果PDGF A链和PDGF B链的表达主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞浆、血管内皮细胞及平滑肌细胞 ,炎症组织的肺泡上皮细胞及血管平滑肌细胞少量表达 ;PDGF A链和PDGF B链在NSCLC组有明显过表达。结论PDGF A链和PDGF B链的过表达与NSCLC有关 ,PDGF是一个细胞增殖的标志。

Objective To explore the expression of platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) in non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods Using immunohistochemical methods, the expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain were analyzed in 16 lung squamous carcinomas and lung aednocarcinomas, and were compared with the expression in non specific inflammation of lung tissues. Results PDGF were localized in cytoplasma of tumor cells and vascular smooth muscle cells of NSCLC. Slight expression could found in aleveolar epitheliar cells and vascular endothelial cells in control lung tissues. There were significant over expression of PDGF A chain and PDGF B chain in NSCLC. Conclusion The over expression of PDFG A chain and PDGF B chain could play a potential role in NSCLC. PDGF might be a marker of hyperplasis.
