VEGAS多波长激光机治疗太田痣的临床探讨

The clinic experience of VEGAS multi-wavelength laser unit trearting Taitian-nevus

目的观察VEGAS激光机的Q开关激光治疗太田痣的临床效果。方法用Q开关波长为 10 6 4nm和 75 5nm的激光治疗 2 2 8例太田痣患者 ,观察其疗效 ,结果 2 88例患者全部治愈。结论VEGAS的Q开关激光治疗太田痣时 ,激光只破坏皮肤中的色素颗粒或色素细胞 ,而正常的细胞框架结构可被完整的保留 ,而被破坏的色素颗粒在随后的炎症反应中被巨噬细胞吞噬并排出体外。而皮肤能很快得到修复 ,不留下疤痕 ,故VEGAS多波长激光治疗太田痣不失为一种安全。

Objective To explore the clinic reusults of Q-switch laser of VEGAS laser unit in the treatment of Taitian nevus that a kind of skin pigmented disease.Methods Q-switch wavelengths of 1064nm and 755nm was used the treatment of 228 patients with Taitian nevus.Results All of the patients were cured.Conclusion When Q-switch laser of VEGAS is used in the treatment Taitian Venus,the laser only damages the pigmented granules and cells and the normal cell frame structure can be completely reserved.The skin can be recovered soon without leaving scars.The VEGAS multi-wavelength laser is a safe more effective method for the treatment of Taitian nevus.
