维生素E和碘甘油局部治疗消化性溃疡的实验研究

Study of experiment in Peptic Ulcer Local Treatment with Vitamin E and Iodine Glycerin

目的 :通过动物实验证实应用维生素E和碘甘油局部用药可以治疗消化性溃疡。方法 :选用慢性醋酸型胃溃疡模型制备大鼠溃疡模型 ,连续给药 12d ,第 14d处死动物 ,对照组给予等量生理盐水 ,通过测量溃疡面积进行疗效判定。结果 :治疗组有效率为 90 % ,治愈率为 63 .3 % ;对照组有效率 2 5 % ,治愈率 5 %。结论 :维生素E和碘甘油局部治疗消化性溃疡可以缩短病程 ,疗效确切。

Objective:To investigate method of treatment peptic ulcer with vitamin E and iodine glycerin by animal experiment.Methods:To employ chronicity Acetic acid gastric ulcer cast made rat ulcer cast,Give them drug in 12 days continous and then fourteenth day kill them.Contrast bundle were offed equivalence Saline.The therapeutic effect was Judged by measuring an area of ulcer.Result:There are 90% utility rate and 63.3% healing rate in therapeutics bundle.Conclusion:Effect used vitamin E and iodine glycerin to treat peptic ulcer is indeed.
