本文提出了线切割机床图形交互自动编程系统流程 ,重点讨论了图形实体信息提取与处理、间隙补偿、计数长度计算、 3B代码误差补偿等关键技术 ,实现了由AutoCAD绘制的图形到线切割机床
The paper puts forward a WEDM graphic auto-programming flow Some main questions, such as, the gathering graphic entity information , counting the step,compensating clearance and compensating error is discussed The figure drawn with AutoCAD is automatically converted to 3B NC code
