Development and application of soft reduction with liquid core in thin slab continuous casting

介绍国内外薄板坯连铸液芯轻压下技术的发展应用及技术特点,探讨液芯轻压下技术的原理及效果,分析该技术对铸坯质量的影响及铸坯变形特点,给出液芯轻压下技术工艺参数控制的优化结果。

This paper introduced the development, application and technology characteristics of soft reduction with liquid core in continuous thin slab casting at home and abroad. It discussed simply the principle and the effect of soft reduction with liquid core and analyzed the quality and deformation during soft reduction with liquid core. Optimizing results of process parameters during controlling soft reduction with liquid core were also given in this paper.
