模糊理论在板坯连铸机铸坯表面温度控制中的应用

Application of fuzzy principle on surface temperature control for slab caster

介绍板坯连铸机在铸坯表面测温仪参与二冷配水过程中,使用经典控制理论在该温度仪故障时,无法满足生产工艺要求的情况下,使用模糊控制理论解决了测温仪故障对生产工艺的影响,并以更加稳定、快速、准确的控制特点满足了正常生产的要求。

This paper introduces the application of fuzzy principle. The fuzzy principle is used to control the surface temperature of slab when the thermograph is in trouble and can' t satisfy the productive requirement. The effect of thermograph in trouble on the process can be eliminated and the normal operating requirement can also be satisfied by using the fuzzy control system.
