An exploratory discussion on management of state-owned enterprise groups

加入WTO后,我国国有企业重组改造进程加快,企业集团化成为重组改造的常见方式之一。本文对集团公司管理过程中存在的问题进行探讨,并提出一些建议和对策。

After China's WTO entry, the tendency of formation of enterprise groups is of frequent occurrence resulted from accelerating the process of reorganization and upgrading of state-owned enterprises. In this paper, the existing problems in the course of management of enterprise groups are discussed and some suggestions and countermeasures thereof are presented.
