摘要 韶关钢铁集团有限公司为了节能降耗、减少污染,充分利用自产的低热值高炉煤气,在国内首次用蓄热式燃烧技术在本轧厂线材在线加热炉应用成功后,又对三轧厂2#开坯加热炉进行了改造,改造后取得了明显效果和良好的经济效益,本文阐述了此两座蓄热式加热炉的技术性能、系统结构和技术特点。 In a bid to save energy,reduce consumption and decrease pollution, as well as to make full use of its own low heat-value blast furace gas, Shaogang takes the lead in China in successfully utilizing heat-storage type of combustion technology for preheating wire rod of mill-furnace in No. 3 Rolling Mill, afterwards they have also made the improvement of 2# Blooming Furnace in No. 3 Rolling Mill, thus achieving the remarkable result and excellent economy efficiency. This article depicts the technology performance , system structure and technology characteristic of these two heat-storage type of mill-furnaces.
