采用不同的温度和时间对模具进行盐浴氮化,检测氮化层厚度,分析氮化层质量,并通模具上机使用,确定模具盐浴氮化工艺曲线。
The diagram of curves for salt-bath nitriding process of die is determined through nitriding in different temperature and time, measuring the thickness of the nitriding-laye,analysing the quality of the nitriding-layer as well as the application of computer.
