摘要
研制了一套适用于稀燃汽油机的电子控制系统.系统控制单元ECU参考Siemens公司电控系统设计方案,以C167系列单片机作为微处理器,对发动机的控制采用集中控制,可以实现高级轿车发动机ECU所有功能.本电子控制系统主要应用于丰田8A16气门EFI发动机进行稀燃匹配实验.实验结果表明,该系统基本达到了对控制的速度和精度的要求,得到的稀燃节油和降低排放效果十分明显;且系统性能可靠、抗干扰性强、功能完善、操作方便.
The development of an electronic control system suitable for lean burn gasoline engine is introduced.The ECU of the system is in reference to Siemens' demonstrational design.It has C167 series singlechip as its microprocesser,and controls the engine in the centralized way.The ECU can function as those of the advanced automobiles.The system is mainly used in lean burn experiment on Toyota 8A16valve EFI gasoline engine.Experiments show that this lean burn gasoline electronic control system can basically satisfy the requirements of accuracy and speed of control.The fuel consumption and emissions of the engine are improved remarkably.In addition,it has reliable performances,strong resistance to disturbance,perfect function and convenient use.
