摘要
通过试验研究得到了一种性能优异的新型蒸汽裂解炉管预处理剂和预处理方法。在模拟裂解装置上,以石脑油为裂解原料,使用新型有机硫磷化合物预处理剂处理炉管后结焦速率降低46%以上;其最佳工艺条件是,预处理温度为正常的裂解反应温度,预处理时间2~4h,预处理剂的质量分数为400~500μg/g;使用该预处理剂对裂解炉管和裂解产物不会造成不良影响。
A novel pretreating agent for pretreating steam cracker tubes was prepared, and acorresponding pretreating method was developed. With naphtha as coking feedstock, the coking rate in asimulated cracking unit decreased by 46% after pretreatment. The optimum pretreating conditions were:normal pyrolysis temperature, 2—4h, pretreating agent dosage 400—500μg/g. The said agent had noharmful effects on tubes and pyrolysis products.
