摘要
采用负载型杂多酸催化剂(HRP-24),以C_(20)~C_(28) α-烯烃为原料,经苯烷基化制备得到二十四烷基苯。考察了温度、催化剂浓度、苯烯摩尔比等操作条件对反应的影响,并初步考察了催化剂的稳定性。研究表明:采用HRP-24催化剂合成二十四烷基苯,虽然合成温度和压力较低(约120℃和0.1~0.2 MPa),但烯烃转化率和二十四烷基苯的选择性均接近100%。
Tetracosylbenzene was prepared by the alkylation of benzene with C_(20)—C_(28) olefinsover supported heteropolyacid catalyst HRP-24. The influences of process parameters, such as tempera-ture, concentration of the catalyst and the molar ratio of benzene to olefin, etc. were investigated, andthe catalyst stability was preliminary tested. It was shown that HRP-24 catalyst was a promising solidcatalyst for the production of tetracosylbenzene. Although the process was operated at low pressure(0.1—0.2MPa) and low temperature (about 120℃), both the conversion of olefins and the selectivity totetracosylbenzene were close to 100%.
