摘要
新型模具钢材料 SKD61钢是一种含硅、铬、钼和钒的中合金热作模具钢。通过对其热处理工艺与硬度关系的研究 ,给出了适合的热处理工艺。 SKD61钢最佳热处理工艺为 1 0 2 5~ 1 0 70℃淬火 ,560℃一次回火 ,580℃二次回火。经上述处理后得到组织细、晶粒适中的马氏体组织基体上分布着细小的碳化物 ,具有良好的综合机械性能 ,而且淬透性能好 ,比较适合制造尺寸大、形状复杂的模具。
The new-style of SKD61 steel is a medium alloy hot-mold steel. The appropriate heat treatment technology is given for new shape material of mould steel, that is SKD61, by studying the relation of the heat treatment technology and hardness. The result shows that the appropriate heat treatment technology is that the temperature for quenching is 1 025~1 070 ℃, the temperature for once is 560 ℃ and the temperature for twice is 580 ℃. Using the above quench treatment,SKD61 steel has fine martensite organization and high hardness as well as good synthesis mechanical capability. The result shows that the SKD61 steel can be used to make the complex and big size die.
