摘要
在介绍定子电流频谱分析法诊断异步电机鼠笼转子断条故障基本理论的基础上 ,针对传统频谱分析法存在的问题 ,提出了基于复数滤波器的工频对消法。仿真和分析表明 ,该方法提高了故障诊断时的信噪比 ,使定子电流频谱分析更加可靠。
On the basis of introducing the fundamental theory of stator current spectroscopic analysis for diagnosing the broken squirrel-cage rotor bars of asynchronous motor and by aiming at the problems in the traditional spectroscopic analysis, the power-frequency counteracting method based on complex number filter is presented. The simulation and analysis results show that the solution greatly increases the signal-to-noise ratio and makes the stator current spectroscopic analysis more effective and reliable.
