摘要
在对传统的客户支持服务系统进行分析的基础上 ,提出了一种基于智能代理的在线客户支持服务系统结构 ,并对如何运用粗糙集和神经网络理论解决系统中的智能诊断问题作了进一步的探讨 ,从而为客户提供更为有效和便捷的支持服务。
Based on the analysis of support service system for the traditional customers,a system structure of the on-line customer support service system based on IA for online is advanced,and,also,how to use the rough set and neural network theory to solve the IA diagnostic problem in the system is forther discussed in this paper.
