摘要
对某平整机的颤振进行了一系列工业试验研究 ,分析计算了平整机的振动频率、固有频率以及可能的外激励频率。发现平整机的颤振为自激振动 ,其核心频率为 5 84Hz,与平整机的固有频率一致 ,但不存在相应频率的外激励。平整机自激振动的根源在于轧制界面的负阻尼特性。研究结果表明 ,目前的平整工艺使得平整机轧制界面具有部分流体润滑和干摩擦粘滑运动共存的摩擦学行为 。
Based on a series of industrial experiments, the chattering of a temper rolling mill has been studied. The vibration frequencies, natural frequencies and external exciting frequencies of the temper rolling mill have been investigated and calculated. It is found that the chattering of the temper rolling mill, with frequency of 584 Hz, is self excited vibration. The noticeable frequency of the chattering is as same as natural frequency of the temper rolling mill, and no external excitation with relevant frequency exists on the mill. The temper rolling mill chattering caused by negative damping of the rolling interface on temper rolling mill. It is shown that, on this temper mill operating with present temper rolling process, the rolling interface where sticking sliding movement and partial film lubrication coexist, includes the negative damping of temper rolling interface.
