基于电网运行数据的配网线变关系校验影响因素分析 被引量:10

摘要 配网线变关系是重要的基础数据,其不正确时会影响配网各项业务的开展,包括线损计算、故障抢修、停电管理等。为解决传统人工方式校验配网线变关系耗时、耗力且难以保障实时性的问题。提出了基于电网运行数据的配网线变关系校验方法,该方法包含基础方法:电压曲线相似度计算,通过相关系数大小衡量相似度大小;核心方法:三相负荷不平衡台区出口电压归算方法,通过该方法确保相关系数计算的正确性;配套方法:台区所属10 kV线路判断方法。本文研究了电压损耗对线变关系校验结果的影响,结果表明:电压曲线相关系数与平均电压损耗系数和最大电压损耗系数均呈反比关系,电压损耗越大时,相关系数越小。本文所提的基于电网运行数据的配网线变关系校验方法,可以实现配网线变关系的自动校验,可以解决人工方式耗时、耗力且难以保障实时性问题。 Feeder-transformer connectivity is an important basic data. The correctness of feeder-transformer connectivity will affect the development of distribution network business,including line loss calculation,breakdown repair and outage management and so on. The traditionally manual way of verifying is time consuming,labor intensive and can not insure real-time. In order to solve the problem,the feeder-transformer connectivity verification method which includes basic method,core method and matching method has been proposed. The basic method is used to calculate the similarity of the voltage curves. The correlation coefficient is used to measure the similarity. The reduction method of transformer’s outlet voltage when three-phase load is unbalanced is the core method. The reduction method can assure the correctness of correlation coefficient. The matching method is used to distinguish to which 10 kV feeder the substation area is connected. In this paper,the influences of voltage loss have been studied. The results show that there exists a inverse proportion relationship between correlation coefficient and average voltage loss coefficient or maximum voltage loss coefficient. The greater the voltage loss coefficient is,the less the correlation coefficient is. The feeder-transformer connectivity verification method in this paper can realize automatic verification and can solve the problem of labor intensive and time consuming of manual way.
