贵州主动配电网冷热电三联供系统运行测试分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文针对能源互联网中高比例分布式电源消纳难题开展研究,目的是通过测试系统将示范工程中提高能源综合利用效率更直观的体现出来。在贵州主动配电网示范工程基础上搭建了一种适用于主动配电网的冷热电三联供测试系统,建立了相应的分析模型,且进行了现场测试,并对现场测试数据进行运行效益分析,示范工程冷热电三联供系统在90%额定功率工况下综合能源利用效率可达90%以上,较传统冷热电三联供有较大提高。且该系统能够实现在同样在该热(冷)负荷下,其上网电功率可在一定范围内调节,降低天然气价格和提高上网电价是适用于主动配电网的冷热电三联供保证经济运行的基础,对于用电成本高且有供暖供冷需求的用户,冷热电三联供系统有较好的经济性。 This paper focuses on the problem about high proportion of distributed power consumption in energy internet,The purpose is to improve the efficiency of energy comprehensive utilization in demonstration project more intuitively through the test system.The test bench which is on combined cooling heating and power for active distribution network system is based on the demonstration project of active distribution network in Guizhou.The corresponding model was established,and field tests were carried out in the demonstration project.The operation benefit of the field test data is analyzed.The test results show that the comprehensive energy utilization efficiency of the combined cooling heating and power in the demonstration project can reach more than 90%under the condition of 90%rated power,which is significantly higher than that of the traditional combined cooling heating and power.Moreover,the system can realize that the power of the grid can be adjusted within a certain range under the same heat(cold)load.In the demonstration project,the reduction of natural gas price and the increase of feed-in tariff are the basis to ensure the economic operation of combined cooling heating and power supply for the active distribution network.For the users with high electricity cost and heating and cooling demand,combined cooling heating and power supply system has better economy.
