摘要 针对我国售电市场开放初期,售电公司对客户等级评估中存在的模糊性、随机性,以及不同区域售电公司评估指标选择的主观性和不确定性问题,提出合理有效的售电公司客户等级评估方法。本文从售电公司经营原则出发,从经济性、安全性、环保性三个方面构建售电公司客户等级评估指标体系。在评估时,运用云模型不确定性的分析方法,建立基于云模型的售电公司客户等级综合评估模型。为了解决各个评估指标权重评判的主观随意性,本文将层次分析法主观赋权法和熵权法客观赋权法相结合,通过加法集成法综合判定售电公司客户综合评估指标的权重,得出更加科学合理的结果。最后,选择某售电公司7家客户进行算例分析,评估各个客户等级并提出优化建议。 In view of the initial stage of China’s electricity sales market opening,the fuzziness and randomness existed in the customerlevel evaluation of electricity retailers,as well as the subjectivity and uncertainty of the evaluation indicators of different regional electricity retailers,a reasonable and effective method for evaluating the customer level of the electricity retailer is proposed in this paper.Based on the operating principle of electricity retailer,this paper constructs the customer evaluation index system of electricity retailer from three aspects,such as economy,safety and environmental protection.In the process of evaluation,the uncertainty analysis method of cloud model was used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model of electric power company customer-level.In order to solve the subjective arbitrariness of each evaluation index weight evaluation,this paper combines the subjective weighting method of analytic hierarchy process with the objective weighting method of entropy weighting method,and determines the weight of the comprehensive evaluation index of customers in the electricity selling company by the additive integration method,so as to obtain more scientific and reasonable result.Finally,7 customers from a certain electricity retailer are selected for case analysis,each customer level is evaluated and optimization suggestions are proposed.
