椎体终板参与腰椎间盘退变机制及临床意义的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 随着对椎间盘退行性改变的了解不断加深,椎体终板作为椎间盘的重要组成部分,受到了研究者越来越多的关注。椎体终板位于椎间盘头尾两端,是椎间盘和椎体的连接部分。终板在椎间盘和椎体的松质骨之间形成一个结构边界,承担了椎间盘内因负载出现的静水压力,并防止压力较高的椎间盘结构突入疏松多孔的椎体松质骨。椎体终板具有营养椎间盘和传递应力的重要作用,终板对腰椎间盘的正常生理状态以及病理性改变有着显著影响。 The vertebral endplate is an important component and the structural boundary of the intervertebral disc.The lumbar endplate has effects on lumbar degeneration from multiple ways.Endplate degeneration,endplate morphology,biomechanics,and endplate lesion are closely related to the possess of intervertebral disc degeneration.Also,endplate lesion has significant effects on the clinic outcomes of lumbar spine surgery.This article reviews the literatures on the nutritional metabolism,biomechanics,morphology,and clinical relevance of the lumbar endplate.
