摘要
对国内某大型生产基地管路系统气动阀门隔膜的备件A型和B型进行耐疲劳性能测试,包含伸张疲劳和曲挠疲劳。通过红外光谱和SEM进行材料表征和断口形貌分析。结果表明,随着橡胶隔膜的尺寸增大,橡胶隔膜的耐疲劳性能随之下降,更易在弯折的情况下发生疲劳断裂(开裂),三元乙丙为基材的隔膜耐疲劳性能优于丁腈,辐照会影响隔膜的耐疲劳性能。
The diaphragm of pneumatic valve belonging to the pipeline system of one large production base in China was testing in our laboratory for extension fatigue and flexural fatigue. Material characterization and fracture surface analysis were carried out by IR and SEM. The result showed that as the size of the rubber diaphragm increased,the fatigue resistance of the rubber diaphragm decreased,it was more prone to fatigue fracture( cracking) under bending,the fatigue resistance of EPDM was better than NBR and the fatigue resistance of diaphragm would be affected by irradiation.
