上海某区VOCs排放特征及健康风险分析

Emission Characteristics and Health Risk Assessment of Volatile Organic Compounds in A District of Shanghai

摘要 通过对上海某区13个挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放行业进行调研,根据排放因子法综合计算出各行业VOCs的排放清单,分析其排放特征从而筛选出重点VOCs排放行业。利用国际公认的健康风险评价模型对重点排放行业VOCs中的主要污染物进行初步的健康风险评价。各企业排放的VOCs中共识别出4种主要污染物,其中乙酸乙酯浓度最高,甲苯其次。健康风险评价结果显示,油墨及类似产品制造业的总非致癌风险值最高,为2. 95×10^(-1),在安全范围之内,其中甲苯的危害指数最高,对总非致癌风险的贡献率为47. 2%。 Based on the emission characteristics,four key VOCs emission industries were screened out from 13 industrial sectors in a district of Shanghai and its health risk was assessed. Seven major contaminants were identified,where the highest concentration of ethyl acetate,followed by toluene. The results of health risk assessment showed that the highest non-carcinogenic risk of the key VOCs emission industries was ink and similar products manufacturing industry about 2. 95×10-1 within the safe range,where toluene had the highest hazard index,and the contribution rate to total noncarcinogenic risk was 47. 2%.
