化工厂系统管网设计

System Pipe Design of Chemical Plant

摘要 全厂管网是连接各个装置及系统单元的纽带,具有涉及地域广、管线多、接点多、成本高和各方面协调任务重等特点。设计的复杂性还在于工艺流程及接点在不断的优化和完善,而这种变化会一直持续到项目结束。针对这些情况和问题,本文主要从管道布置、安装、热补偿、支架及管托、吹扫、高点放气和低点排空、应力分析和管墩、管架负荷计算等几个方面阐述系统管网设计中主要的几点问题。 The whole plant pipe network is the link connecting various devices and system units. It has the characteristics of wide area,many pipelines,many contacts,high cost and heavy coordination tasks in all aspects. The process and contacts are continuously optimized and improved,showing the complexity of the design,and this change will continue until the end of the project. In view of these situations and problems,several aspects such as pipeline layout,installation,thermal compensation,bracket and pipe support,purging,high point venting and low point emptying,stress analysis and pipe pier and pipe load calculation were mainly elaborated on.
