海螺沟景区环境质量现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis on the status quos of environment quality and its impact factors of Hailuogou scenic spot

以海螺沟国家级风景名胜区2006-2013年环境监测数据和环境保护规划目标为依据,分别对区域内声环境、水环境、空气环境质量进行评价及影响因子分析。研究结果表明,海螺沟景区声环境质量均优于Ⅱ类功能区标准,空气环境质量除PM_(10)因子外均达到Ⅰ级标准,水环境质量除NH_3-N、TP因子外均达到Ⅰ类地表水要求。采取严格控制大渡河流域内的废水排放总量、集中治理城镇生活污水的措施,在海螺沟景区域内实施降低工业烟尘排放量、推广使用清洁能源和绿色交通。

According to the Environmental monitoring data of Hailuogou scenic spot during the period of 2006-2013 and the relevant environmental planning objectives,this paper aims to evaluate the current noise,water,air environmental quality,and to analyze the major pollutants and the pollution sources,as well as to propose pollution controlling measures for Hailuogou scenic spot. The results showed that noise quality could meet requirements for level Ⅱ criteria of National Environmental Noise Quality Standard during the whole period,and air quality could meet requirements for levelⅠcriteria of National Ambient Air Quality Standard excluding PM_(10),while water quality could meet requirements for level Ⅰ criteria of National Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard excluding NH_3-N and TP. The countermeasures such as strict total volume control for industrial wastewater in Daduhe Watershed,centralized control of domestic wastewater in surrounding municipal and town areas,reduction of industrial dust and smog,as well as the dissemination of clean energy sources and green transportation within the territory of Hailuogou scenic spot etc.,were accordingly proposed.
