摘要
为了适应水环境保护工程的新要求,我国许多污水处理厂都面临着需要提标改造到一级A标准的局面。本文对一级A标准的发展、研究重点以及存在的问题等方面进行了讨论,并对执行一级A标准的太湖流域污水处理厂如何稳定运行提出建议。本文还重点探讨了碳源不足、低温等因素对污水处理厂运行的影响,此外,对污水处理厂如何在提标改造中进行节能降耗也提出了建议。最后对今后污水处理厂提标改造进行了展望。
In order to adapt the new demand of the protection on water environment,many wastewater treatment plants were required to upgrade to reach the class1 A of discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant( GB18918-2002). In this paper,we proposed suggestions on the operation of WWTPs in Taihu basin in order to make them reach the discharge standard of class1 A in stable. Factors which affected the performance of WWTPs,such as lack of carbon source and low temperature were discussed. Furthermore,proposals were given on how to save energy and cost during the upgrading and reconstruction of WWTPs as well. Finally,enhancing the operation capability of WWTPs was prospected in the future.
