摘要
柚子皮所含的植物酚类化合物分子上有羟基、羧基、羰基等活性官能团,可产生一定的分散、黏合、螯合等效能而作为絮凝剂运用到废弃钻井液的处理中。为了降低废弃钻井液对环境的污染负荷,本文将处理过的柚子皮粉粒应用到钻井液絮凝过程中,室内模拟试验考察了柚子皮粉粒在钻井液中的添加量、温度、p H范围、搅拌速率、搅拌时间对钻井液絮凝处理效果的影响,筛选出处理废弃钻井液的适宜条件;试验还发现,柚子皮粉粒与无机絮凝剂复配后在钻井液中的絮凝效果有所增强。当搅拌速率为400r/min,搅拌时间为5min,温度为40℃,添加量为3%时的絮凝效果最好。
Grapefruit peel contains phenolic compounds including hydroxyl,carboxyl,carbonyl and other active functional groups,shows certain dispersion,adhesion,chelating and other actions and can be used as a flocculant in the treatment of waste drilling fluid. In order to reduce the pollution load of the waste drilling fluid to the environment,the treated powder particles of grapefruit peel were applied to the flocculation process of the drilling fluid. The indoor simulation test was conducted to investigate the effects of the dosage of the grapefruit peel powder,temperature and p H range,stirring rate and stirring time on the flocculation treatment of drilling fluid,and the suitable conditions for treating the waste drilling fluid were screened. The results also showed that the flocculation effect of the combination of grapefruit peel powder and the inorganic flocculant in the drilling fluid was enhanced. When the stirring rate is 400 r/min,the stirring time is 5 min,the temperature is 40℃,and the dosage of the grapefruit peel is 3%,the flocculation effect is the best.
