摘要 乙醛—硫酸改性花生壳经单一变量实验和正交试验考察了单因素及多因素水平影响下的最佳吸附条件及先后顺序,并通过扫描电镜观测花生壳体表特征变化。实验结果表明,单一变量实验最佳吸附条件为:吸附时间90min、吸附剂投加量1.0g、初始浓度30mg/L、吸附温度40°C、缓冲液体积70m L,其吸附效率达95%以上。正交试验中,试验的最佳组合为:初始浓度20mg/L、吸附剂投加量1.0g、吸附温度50°C。各因素的影响顺序为:吸附剂投加量>吸附温度>初始浓度。 Acetaldehyde-Sulfuric Acid modified peanut shells were tested through the single variable experiment and orthogonal test to explore the best condition and the priority of each factor with single-factor and multi-factor. Scanning Electron Microscope( SEM) was applied to observe the changes of the surface characteristics of modified peanut shells. It is indicated that the best adsorption capacity of the single variable experiment is 90 min of optimum adsorption time,1. 0g of adsorbent,30mg/L of initial concentration,40℃ of the adsorption temperature and 70 m L of buffer solution. And the modified peanut shells' maximum adsorption efficiency of phenol is more than 95%. In the orthogonal test,the initial concentration is 20 mg/L,adsorbent is 1. 0 g,and the adsorption temperature is 50℃,which is the best combination of the test. The effect of each factor rankedas: dosage of adsorbent > adsorption temperature > initial concentration.
