Static and Dynamic Load Test Study of Conghua Bridge

摘要 从化大桥作为单跨下承式钢管混凝土拱桥,是一种特殊桥型,其在施工过程中的监测与控制较为复杂,因此,成桥之后的荷载试验尤为重要。本文对从化大桥进行了静动载试验研究,通过索力测试表明桥梁吊杆索力分布均匀,索力实际值与设计值基本吻合;通过静载试验表明桥梁处于弹性工作状态,其受载恢复性能较好;通过桥梁动载试验表明桥梁整体刚度大于理论值。 The Conghua Bridge is a single spanunder-support concrete filled steel tube arch bridge, which is a special type bridge. Since the monitoring and control during the construction process is complicated, therefore, the load test after the bridge was built is particularly important. In this paper, the static and dynamic load test of the Conghua Bridge is carried out. The cable force test shows that the cable force distribution of the bridge suspender is uniform, and the actual cable force value is basically consistent with the design value.The static load test shows that the bridge is in elastic working condition, and its load recovery performance is under control. At the same time, the bridge dynamic load test shows that the overall stiffness of the bridge is greater than the theoretical value.
