Since the adoption of Reform and Opening-up policy,Ethnic Minority Areas are becoming more and more civilian socialized. Under the background,New liberalism and local nationalism becomes the main opponent of Marxism. As a western Marxist,Gramsci pointed out why and how should the proletariat fight for cultural hegemony in civil society. His insight drew important significance on Marxism Popularization in Ethnic minority areas.
