National Policy and State Integration: The Tendency of National Policy and National Relations in New China

多民族国家的民族政策对民族间的交往和民族关系的趋向有直接的决定作用,民族政策的具体内容取决于国家政策权威的执政理念和共同体的价值共识,经过长期实践并被共同体成员高度认同的民族政策会沉淀为一个国家政治文化的组成部分,并会持续性地影响族际交往的态度和行为,是民族交往交流交融的重要政治资源,有助于共同体凝聚和国家整合。文章在分析了新中国民族政策的政治与社会功能、理念与价值、历史实践及政治文化构建的基础上,得出结论:和谐的民族关系是民族政策的结果,新中国的民族政策决定了中国民族关系的未来发展趋势。

The national policies of multi-ethnic countries have a direct decisive effect on the communication between nations and the trend of national relations.The specific content of national policy depends on the governing idea of national policy authority and the value consensus of the community.After long-term practice and highly recognized by community members,national policies will be precipitated into an important part of a country’s political culture,and it will continuously influence the attitude and behavior of inter-ethnic communication.National policy is an important political resource for national exchanges and is conducive to community cohesion and national integration.This paper analyses the value orientation,political and cultural composition and content practice of the national policy of new China,which is concluded that the national policy of China determines the inevitable result of harmonious national relations and the tendency in the future.
