族性结构与民族心态秩序构建——民族互嵌型社区环境建设的社会心理维度

Ethnicity Structure and the Construction of National Mentality Order:Social Psychological Dimension of the Environmental Construction of Ethnic Mutually Embedded Community

民族互嵌型社区环境建设是当下我国解决民族问题的重要议题,也是铸牢中华民族共同体意识的必要要求。如何考量民族互嵌型社区环境中的民族心态因素,把族性成分有效地整合在社区功能范围之内,则是民族互嵌型社区环境建设区别于其它一般社区建设的重要思量维度。文章基于社会心理学分析视角,以民族互嵌型社区环境建设为基本场域,试图挖掘民族互嵌型社区环境建设、民族心态秩序构建与民族关系之间的内在契合,以期能从社会心理路径为和谐民族关系构建提供一定的思考。

The environmental construction of ethnic mutually embedded community is an important issue in solving the Minzu Problem in China and also a necessary requirement for the Chinese National Community Consciousness at present.Different from the other general community construction,it is an important consideration dimension that paying attention to the national mentality factors in the ethnic mutually embedded community and putting ethnicity elements into the scope of community functions.Based on the perspective of social psychology,this article focuses on the environmental construction of ethnic mutually embedded community and tries to explore the internal combination of the environmental construction of ethnic mutually embedded community,the construction of national mentality order and the ethnic relations,which is beneficial to the construction of harmonious ethnic relations.
