少数民族地区残疾人生活质量提升策略研究——以威宁彝族回族苗族自治县为例

Research on the Strategy of Improving the Quality of Life of Disabled Persons in Minority Areas:Taking Weining Yi Hui Miao Autonomous County as an Example

生活质量是全面评价生活优劣的概念,包含主观性与客观性两个相互独立的领域。然而少数民族地区残疾人生活质量的主观和客观领域均令人堪忧,论文通过分析威宁彝族回族苗族自治县残疾人的生存现状和影响其生活质量的主客观因素,提出以经济支持、教育投入、社会保障、就业扶助为主的提升少数民族地区残疾人生活质量的策略。

Quality of life is a concept of overall evaluation of the good and the bad of life,which includes two mutually independent spheres:objective and subjective ones.Study shows that both of the objective and subjective spheres of the quality of life of disabled persons who live in minority areas cause worrying.Through analyzing current living situation of the disabled in Weining Yi Hui Miao Autonomous County and both objective and subjective influencing factors of their quality of life,the author put forward main strategies of economy support,education investment,social security and employment assistance to improve the quality of life of disabled persons in minority areas.
