少数民族流动人口城市融入及随迁子女教育问题探析

Research on the Integration of the Minority Floating Population Into Cities and the Educational Problem to the Children of Migrant Workers

改革开放以来,大量少数民族流动人口随着市场经济的发展进入城市地区,寻求创业和谋生的机会。一方面带动了少数民族经济的发展,大大增进了各民族之间的文化交流,与此同时,由于不同民族文化间持续而频繁地接触,一些矛盾纠纷和冲突的发生也在所难免,这无疑给城市服务管理工作带来一定的难度。另外,随迁子女在流入地城市的教育问题,一直是少数民族流动人口面临的一大难题。在具体实践中,要努力探索与创新工作机制,着力增强城市各民族成员间的整合程度,促进城市社会平稳有序发展。

Since the reform and opening up,a large number of floating population of ethnic minorities have entered urban areas with the development of commodity economy,seeking opportunities to start a business and make a living.On the one hand,it promotes the economic development of ethnic minorities and greatly enhances the cultural exchanges among all ethnic groups.On the other hand,due to the continuous and frequent contact between different ethnic cultures,some conflicts and disputes are inevitable,which undoubtedly brings certain difficulties to the urban public security and management.In addition,the education of the children of migrant workers in the cities of their destination has always been a major problem faced by the floating population of ethnic minorities.In practice,we should explore and innovate the working mechanism,strengthen the integration of urban ethnic groups,and promote the steady and orderly development of urban society.
