Difficulties and Countermeasures in School-enterprise Cooperation in Vocational Colleges

校企合作教育成为高职教育的重大战略选择,其重要性提到关系高职院校生存与发展的高度。然而,高职院校在推行校企合作教育的具体实践中,遇到不少问题,主要表现为企业参与热情不高、校企合作运行机制缺乏、政府的统筹协调与指导不够、经费支持不足等问题。文中针对以上问题以及应采取哪些对策措施发展校企合作教育进行了探讨。

School-enterprise cooperation education a major strategic choice for higher vocational education,its importance has been referred to the relationship between the survival and development of higher vocational education level.However,in the implementation of school- enterprise cooperation in higher vocational education in practice,encountered many problems,mainly for enterprise enthusiasm is high,the lack of operation mechanism of school- enterprise cooperation,insufficient coordination and guidance of the Government,lack of funding and other issues.Above in this article what measures should be taken to develop better education of school- enterprise cooperation.
