摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展以及政府的大力扶持,近年来中小民营企业在数量上、规模上有了长足发展。但人才流失的问题又使中小民营企业发展面临很大困扰。有效解决人才流失问题,增强市场竞争能力已是中小民营企业面临的严峻而紧迫的现实问题。本文力图探讨中小民营企业人才流失问题的主要原因,并从人本管理和人力资源开发与管理的角度,提出解决人才流失问题的对策。
Nowadays,the amount of Small- and medium- sized enterprises is developed speedily and extensively.But the problem of outflow of talent in the small- and medium- sized enterprise blocks the development of company.To solve the problem and to exalt marketing competence is a pressing? Issue for us.In this paper,the issue of outflow of talent in a systematic analysis,and proposed measures to deal with the problem.
