Personal learning environment(PLE) is a set of tool,resource,people and services.In this paper,the PLE features and elements are outlined,and then explained the significance of PLE and pay attention to the problems,and finally introduced the methods of constructing and implementing PLE cases,to make the study of PLE more complete.Learners,while accepting the concept of PLE can use Web2.0 tools to build PLE,is important in modern distance open education.
