From the System to the Practice——The System of Regional Autonomy of Minority Nationalities

20世纪90年代以来,我国学术界关于民族区域自治制度的研究成果层出不穷,研究观点可谓众说纷纭。研究内容主要集中在民族区域自治制度的价值意义、形成过程以及在制度实践中如何正确处理好一些矛盾和各种关系等方面。文章对当前民族区域自治制度的研究情况进行梳理,以期为民族区域自治制度在少数民族地区的运行实践提供有益参考。

Since the Nineteen ninties,the research results about the system of regional ethnic autonomy in our country academia emerge in an endless stream,and the viewpoint are divergent.The research mainly concentrates on the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the forming process and the value in the system of how to correctly handle the contradictions and various relations.In the paper,we will comb the current system of regional autonomy of minority nationalities research,with a view to the system of regional ethnic autonomy in ethnic minority areas to provide beneficial reference for the operation practice.
