摘要
公共图书馆是社会教育的重要组成部分。残疾儿童作为社会弱势群体,不仅可以平等地享受图书馆无障碍服务,而且应受到社会的关注和支持。文章分析了公共图书馆无障碍服务现状和局限因素,同时,提出了人性化及个性化无障碍服务的创新,以及图书馆服务为残疾儿童教育相关的服务建议。
Public library is an important component of social education.Disabled children as a social disadvantaged group should not only enjoy the library barrier-free service equally,but also to get attention and support from the society.This essay analyzes the current situation of public library service and its limited factors for disabled readers,and puts forward innovative human- oriented and personalized barrier- free service,as well as suggestions of library service for disabled children education.
