高职院校推进素质教育的不利因素及对策分析

Analyses on the Unfavorable Factors & Measures in Promoting Quality Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国高职教育起步晚、发展快,各高职院校纷纷大力推进素质教育,取得了一定成效,但也存在基础薄弱、发展不平衡、师资队伍薄弱、传统考核方式的影响等问题,因此需要加快人才培养模式的改革,建立全面发展的教育观念,从加强师资队伍建设、改革学生成绩评价方式入手,消减素质教育中的不利因素,推进素质教育的健康发展。

Higher vocational education in China starts late and is developing rapidly.Many higher vocational colleges are promoting quality education vigorously and have made certain progress;however,there are some problems,such as lack of foundation,uneven development,weak faculty,the influence of traditional assessment methods.Therefore,we need to accelerate the reform of talent education mode,the establishment of a comprehensive development of the concept of education.We also need to reduce the disadvantageous factors in quality education and promote its healthy development,while strengthening faculty development and reforming students’ evaluation approaches.
